Every result.
Each settlement is an append-only entry whose hash covers the previous entry’s hash, so no past result can change without breaking every hash after it. Once an hour the hashes of that hour are folded into one published root. Raw venue responses are stored with every result so any of them can be re-run. The full feed is at /v1/ledger.
